2. Vehicle Sales
- All vehicles are sold "as-is" unless a separate written warranty is provided at the time of sale.
- Vehicle prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, registration fees, documentation fees, or other applicable charges.
- We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, mileage, and photos, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
- A vehicle sale is not final until all required documents have been signed and payment has been received or financing has been approved.
3. Financing
- Financing is subject to credit approval by third-party lenders. Conception Motors does not guarantee financing approval.
- Down payments, monthly payments, interest rates, and loan terms are determined by the financing institution and may vary based on creditworthiness.
- All financing agreements are between the buyer and the respective finance company. Conception Motors acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the terms set by the lender.
- Failure to make payments as agreed may result in vehicle repossession by the finance company.
4. Down Payments
- Down payment amounts and schedules are agreed upon at the time of sale and documented in writing.
- If a down payment is split into installments, the buyer is responsible for making all payments on the agreed dates.
- Failure to complete down payment installments may result in cancellation of the sale and repossession of the vehicle.
- Down payments are non-refundable once the vehicle has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Conception Motors, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive SMS/text messages regarding vehicle inquiries, appointment reminders, payment reminders, and promotional offers.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or a vehicle purchase shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with California law.
